Creating a Backyard Habitat

Join Wendy Tatar, Michigan Audubon’s Program Coordinator, for the March program to learn how to turn your yard into a habitat for wildlife on Saturday, March 27 at 9:00 a.m. Wendy will present information on the four things that a habitat needs to attract wildlife. The program fee is $2 per person; Michigan Audubon members and children ages 12 and under may attend for free. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please call 231-723-4042 to register for the program.

The Lake Bluff Bird Sanctuary is located at 2890 Lakeshore Rd., approximately .25 miles north of Orchard Beach State Park.
